4th Annual
Carharrt Cook-out

Members of SCRTC's
SkillsUSA team held its first fundraising event of
the year at Johnson's True Value parking lot on October 11th.
This 4th annual Carhartt Cook-out started at 10:00 a.m. and ran
until 2:00 p.m. Carhartt sponsors this event for schools across
the country. Carhartt realizes that "the SkillsUSA organization
and competitions are the first steps in teaching best practices
to the next American workforce. SkillsUSA instills the drive and
allows them to experience the sacrifices it takes to be among
the best in their field." A big thanks to Dave, Cathy, and all
the people at Johnson's True Value for helping our SkillsUSA team with this
event.
